Small businesses needed the same quality of support that large companies get. The options were an offshore call centre where nobody was accountable, or a local firm charging more than a growing business could justify. We set out to be a third option.
Our founders had spent years in business operations and finance, and one thing kept proving true. When the bookkeeping slips, payroll gets messy and tax season turns into a scramble. So we stopped treating them as three jobs and started treating them as one connected system.
Rather than handing returns to a seasonal preparer, we brought a licensed Enrolled Agent onto the team. That means the person filing your return is the same firm holding your books, and there's no gap where information gets lost.

Our office is at 1475 S Bascom Avenue in Campbell. Most of the work happens remotely, so you don’t need to be around the corner to work with us, but these are the areas we know best.

Your records stay in your own QuickBooks account, with access granted to named people on our team rather than passed around. You can revoke that access at any time, and you keep ownership of your data throughout.
